Wild Combination is a visually absorbing portrait of the seminal avant-garde composer, singer-songwriter, cellist, and disco producer Arthur Russell. Before his death in 1992, Arthur prolifically created music that spanned both pop and the transcendent possibilities of abstract art. Now, over fifteen years since his passing, Arthur's work is finally finding its audience. Wolf incorporates rare archival footage and commentary from Arthur's family, friends, and closest collaborators to tell this poignant and important story.

Private eye Al Crosby is paid by millionaire Harry Feldman to take his place at a meeting with Emilio, a gangster. He is drugged and photographed in compromising positions by two hookers, Suzy and Bijou, then he is nearly killed by Mrs. Feldman. The mistress of a country home is going about inspecting the work done by her servant, when she discovers dust on the railing surrounding the porch, and, calling the servant, she orders the rail cleaned, as it should have been done originally. The servant brings a ladder and, mounting same, proceeds to clean it as she is told. A city dude approaches, and, after passing the time of day with the mistress, makes bold to ask for a kiss, and receives a slap for his pains. He is so startled that he bumps into the ladder on which the servant is working, throwing her to the ground, the ladder falling on top of her. She rises in her wrath and, seizing the bucket of water standing close by, she drenches the dude, spoiling his best Sunday clothes. Still smarting from the pain, she takes his walking stick and pounds him until he runs away. This will make you roar with laughter.

A satirical examination of the transformation of a French investment bank into a Hollywood power broker, Le Sens des Affaires begins with a lowly bank clerk's embezzlement of $104 million francs (about $14 million dollars) to finance his screen adaptation of Chekhov's Three Sisters. The clerk, Gerard Dutillard, funnels bank funds into three fictional affiliates in a way that makes the bank's president, Jean-Francois de Roquemorel, legally responsible. Financial ruin seems a distinct possibility, but Dutillard has worked out a plan to make the system work in his favor, and soon enough his banking superiors are doing their best to salvage his film and make it marketable, prompting actual investors to fuel the production with cash.

An independent drama about two brothers trying to patch up the holes in their relationship, while coming to terms with their personal differences. One brother has moved away from home rather than confront his family with the fact that he's gay; he eventually has a reunion with his older brother, who ran away from home years before, with no explanation regarding where he went and why.

He hides out in a cabin and, seeing hunter Donald Duck approaching, hides the bearskin rug in a trunk and takes its place. Masquerading as the rug tends to be an unpleasant experience for Humphrey as Donald opens nuts and bottles in his mouth and washes him in the washer/dryer among other things. Finally, when hunting season ends and Donald leaves, Humphrey is relieved but makes a startling discovery.
