"Maintenance by any Means" is about two maintenance men vying for the position of maintenance supervisor in an apartment complex. The maintenance men must compete with each other in order to get the job left open by the former Maintenance Supervisor. They need evaluations by the people who live at the apartments for every work order they finish. The problem is the renters themselves. Each one they run into has their own set of interesting problems. The maintenance men soon discover that a positive review may be hard to come by. Fixing broken down items in the apartments is the least of their worries. Finally one of the maintenance men must win the contest, by any means.

Paropakari is a 1970 Indian Kannada language romantic drama film written and directed by Y. R. Swamy. It stars Rajkumar and Jayanthi. It revolves around the story of a self respecting young man who wins a wager with his wealthy father. The film was produced under Bhagavathi Productions. It had a very successful soundtrack composed by Upendra Kumar.

Group of Cossacks are coming to Moscow to buy an ox. Moscow turns out to be a devilish hole crowded with witches. Some local witch seduces one of the Cossacks, Kolka Smagin and robs him of his eyes, giving him alien blue ones instead. Now Kolka and his uncle Zarubin are ready to start World War III in order to get the eyes back. The quest begins.

As Jim is slipping an engagement ring on Jess' finger, Blackburn appears and again makes his threat, saying, "You haven't got her yet and you never will." Young Deer, an Indian, and his squaw. Red Wing, are trying to sell some beadwork, when Blackburn, who has been drinking very hard and is in a fighting mood, attacks both of them. Jim Brady, seeing the plight of the Indians, comes to their aid and drives off Blackburn, who is now more determined than ever to get revenge.

A Chinese emperor is gladdened by the song of the nightingale and is moved to play his own song. One day the Japanese send a music box with a mechanical bird; the nightingale feels rejected and leaves. Soon the clockwork breaks down, and the emperor dispatches his crow to go look for the songbird. The emperor, meanwhile, grows sicker with the passing months.
