Seventeen year old Nikki Rathore is suffering from an incurable heart condition and requires a heart transplant. Her parents Ajay and Shreshta, along with her grandfather Colonel (Dr) Rudraksh Banerjee are almost desperate. Transplant surgeon Dr Sameer promises to carry out the surgery as soon as a donor becomes available for her. Inexplicably, Sameer seems to be drawn closer and closer to Nikki and even starts visiting her quite often while the wait continues. Some events from the past surface to further complicate the situation. In a private conversation, Rudraksh even proposes that he is ready to donate his heart if somehow Sameer can make it happen. One night, the police control room receives a call from someone who tells them he is about to become brain dead. He suggests they set up a green corridor for the transplant. Who is this person? Why does he want to save Nikki at the cost of his own life? The mystery unfolds as the past catches up with the Rathore family.
