For the dream of music, Pan, the folk singer, left home for Guangzhou. Two years ago, he released his first album, 《Hi, Pan》. The ideal life seems to be closer and closer for Pan. However, as time goes by, his thoughts have changed gradually. Music is not just as simple as music.

The film was originally produced in 1916 and presented in 1922 completed with some film and stage scenes.

Each one they run into has their own set of interesting problems. The maintenance men soon discover that a positive review may be hard to come by. Fixing broken down items in the apartments is the least of their worries. Finally one of the maintenance men must win the contest, by any means.

This two-episode OVA, 28 minutes per episode, is a seinen anime (typically targeted toward an older audience), which in addition to the harem genre is an ecchi comedy romance.

An elderly woman is sitting in her kitchen, cooking and talking to someone, explaining the recent happenings in the apartment complex she lives in, regarding a neighbor. She recalls stories told by others from the building and talks to the person on the phone about how she has barely seen him and about all the noise he causes and unexplainable behavior she's noticed. The whole situation is beginning to scare her.

The documentary was entirely filmed in the province of Burgos, containing monuments and architecture considered emblematic of Spanish heritage. Color was added to the film at a later date, by hand. Burgos is a fine example of the timeless beauty of hand-stenciled film, as well as sound actuality filmmaking by two cinematic pioneers.
