A prisoner of war who escaped from Albania claims to be a major in the Greek army named Alexandros Vergis, causing great confusion within the army, since Vergis had escaped a year ago and now works for Greek counterintelligence. The shock for Vergis' wife and the niece of the head of counterintelligence, General Gerakaris, is immense. The two men look like two peas in a pod, and the grueling interrogations that follow aim to unravel the mystery and expose the traitor.

Then a kidnapping case, similar to the Case 64, takes place. The rift between the criminal investigation department and police administration department deepens. Mikami challenges the case as a public relations secretary.

They were, for all intents and purposes, stranded in Tacloban. With little option, and his crew started the six hour walk to Alto, where the closest broadcast antenna was to be found. Letting the world know what was happening to was a priority, but they were driven by the need to let their families and friends know they were all still alive. Along the way, they encountered residents and victims of the massive typhoon, and with each step it became increasingly clear just how devastating this storm was. This was a storm that was going to change lives.

This is a fantastically lovely, modern computer animation for little childrens.

A gray wolf raised on a farm kills the family dog, and to save him from being destroyed, a boy named Lasset makes a trek through the wilderness with the wolf to a wilderness sanctuary 300 miles to the north. The BGM in the film consists entirely of Dvorak's Serenade for Strings, making it perhaps the only anime since Gauche the Cellist to make use of a single piece of classical music as the soundtrack. The plot of the film is simple and the outcome obvious, but the atmosphere of the film is genuine, and it is very moving in parts thanks to Dvorak's music (which is scored entirely for the most emotional of the instrument groups, the strings). This is a straightforward drama about the friendship between a boy and his wolf, and it pushes all the buttons you'd expect, but it's very enjoyable despite all that.

Section Ill is the most abstract section of the four, and the only one which does not contain old photographic material. The means used in previous sections to achieve abstraction and transformation of the realistic image are here employed in the extreme so that texture, color, and shape predominate. We can recognize some realistic images, such as shots of the family walking in the woods, or the children reading comics and riding in a car, but the overall impression given by this section is one of abstraction. While a roaring storm is wreaking havoc at sea, a lonely young sailor sits by the fire of a nightly harbor tavern. Outside, screeching seagulls are devouring a cadaver, possibly still warm. The sailor is unwell. Believe it or not, the young man had never eaten fish before until this very night. There seemed to be nothing else on the menu, so why not? In the midst of various strange companions and spectators, he starts to reminisce about home while cutting up his dinner. With an empty table as his only friend the young sailor might start losing grip of reality.

Filmed April 12, 2003 at a benefit concert held at and for The Anthology Film Archives, the international center for the preservation, study, and exhibition of avant-garde and independent cinema. In addition to screening films for the public, AFA houses a film museum, research library and art gallery. The event, which raised money for the Archives and celebrated the life and work of avant-garde film maker Stan Brakhage, featured Sonic Youth providing an improvised instrumental collaboration with silent Brakhage’s films. The band performed with drummer/percussionist Tim Barnes (Essex Green, Jukeboxer, Silver Jews).
