Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.

They find Ningsih’s personal belongings left there, and upon seeing her photographs they jeer over the fact that she’s not beautiful and has buck teeth. This offends Ningsih’s spirit and she goes to haunt them. She returns in the form of a pocong.

At her surprise birthday party, an emotionally vulnerable woman experiences unexplainable phenomena that threaten to turn the best night of her life into a never-ending nightmare.
